Details
The inlet valve of this pump applies mechanical open-close structure, when the gas enters the pump, the pump valve can complete the opening and closing action through pump parts, and force the gas into the pump and exhaust out to complete the swabbing process along with the oil flow.
The pump overcomes the influence of gas on the outlet valve, prevents the impact from gas on pump, and avoids the occurrence of the “liquid impact” phenomenon. Inlet valve adopts streamlined flow structure, reduces the resistance of the crude oil into the pump and lower the evaporation of crude oil dissolved gas, reduce the effects of gas inside the pump barrel on pump efficiency, effectively solves the problem of high gas content well exploration.
