Structure:
The anti-detachment wearer is composed of an upper joint, a wear sleeve, a support sleeve, a core rod, a nut and a lower joint.
Features:
1. The wear-resistant sleeve adopts the method of spray-welding alloy powder to form a layer of firm solid solid on the friction surface.
The synovial membrane plays a lubricating role in the friction process with the oil pipe, effectively reducing the wear of the pipe tube.
2. The universal joint is adopted in the structure, and the inner core rod is limited by the pressure pad, and can rotate 360° around the axis.
At the same time, the core can realize the swing angle in the range of 0~8°.
