The rod pump adopts API design standards and has three types, with specifications ranging from φ 28- φ 57, covering all specifications of rod type oil pump series. This series of oil well pumps is suitable for thin oil wells, heavy oil wells, high pour point oil wells, steam drive wells, deep wells, sand containing, gas containing wells, etc., effectively solving the problems of severe sand production and large changes in downhole pressure in heavy oil wells.
　
During the process of lifting and lowering the oil pump, the rod type oil pump does not need to lift and lower the oil pipe, making the operation convenient, time-saving, and labor-saving. The well occupation time is short, and the operation time can be saved by more than half, thereby reducing the operation cost. At present, rod pumps are gradually being promoted and used in domestic oil fields.
